Their website menu doesn't show what they have vegan versions of but the in restaurant menu does; there are a good number of items to choose from. This was delicious. The sauce is sweet and savory. You can adjust the spice level: 1-5. I ordered this at a 3 and would say it was a tingle with no pain involved. The noodles hold sauce well and have a nice chew. The Chinese kale and baby corn was cooked very well. The tomatos do retain some tamato flavor when eaten by themselves: they are not very, very sweet like some Italian sauces. I enjoyed them but those with an aversion for tomatoes may not.
