This sounded great. And to it’s credit,
it was substantial, warm and filling. Where I found it lacking was in flavor,and texture. I was able to bump it up with garlic coconut aminos. Texture of the mash was a bit grainy, not creamy. All in all it was a filling meal. I think that I would make my own version from scratch next time.
