I love lemon poppyseed so much! I was very happy to see this in their pastry display. The top is perfectly crispy with a nice glaze. This is definitely the best lemon poppyseed muffin I've had since going vegan! I love picking up a little sweet treat to go along with my super savory and hearty breakfast here.
