First time trying these #cauldronvegansausages
They made a satisfying supper along side brown basmati rice and chard with roasted cherry tomatoes .
I can’t say they look too appealing in the package, slimy and a bit too meaty for me, but once they were on the baking tray and brushed with a little oil they started to take on a nice brown crust.
I like the dense texture of the soy protein and the strong herb flavour of Rosemary.
