One of my favourite #Indian pancakes. It tastes a bit #fermented as it's made similarly to Idly.
I used to have this with tomato and #onions as toppings at one mamak stall in Tuas, which I prefer, but KNS only does onions.
It’s not bad; despite the burnt appearance, it’s pretty tasty. Like how I eat those, I’ll drench the pancake in #sambhar and #coconut #chutney. I’m not sure what’s the bright red chutney, but it’s pretty spicy and addictive.
