When I’m staying near a Wegmans, I use this almond mylk for non-coffee lattes, cereal and most recently in a smoothie routine; I’ve never noticed the roasted almond taste that the back of the carton proclaims. I was curious, so gave it a taste test. I am officially not a fan of drinking it plain. I tasted the roasted flavor vs. raw almond mylks I’ve had and I can see how it works well in lattes. Pacific Foods should put the word “roasted” on the front of this carton packaging too; I now notice it on the photo of the (older?) white carton.
