Quite refreshing! I love cooling down with ice-cold coconut water. I find this one a bit less sweet than other brands, as it has no added sugar (though it does contain ‘natural flavors.’) It also seems to have less sugar overall, with 6g per serving —perhaps the coconuts are less ripe? I like that it’s #organic, affordable, and contributes a modest amount of potassium and magnesium, but there is still certainly room for improvement and further transparency.
