One of my hometown favorites, this dish includes fried tofu, pineapple, cashews, and veggies in a sweet and savory sauce. Pair it with the veggie spring rolls and you’re all set!

The vibe is authentic Thai cuisine in an eclectic and casual setting. Perfect for dining solo or with a group of girlfriends. On top of that, the staff of women are so nice and know what it means to make anything on the menu vegan. Highly recommend!
