It was a nice surprise that they had this available in the café (they also had a bean brownie that they said was vegan, but neither was marked). The apricot jam was very tasty - not too sweet - but there was way too many chia seeds for the amount if milk, so the pudding itself was too dry and hard. Still ate it 🤷🏼‍♀️ #chia #chiaseed #chiaseeds #chiapudding
