Outstanding! This #vegan restaurant in #indianapolis was packed! The waffles are sweet and the “chicken” (made with #seitan and herbs) is excellent. Comes with baked #apples + syrup + #strawberries and more. What a #veganbrunch treat!! 🧇🍁🍓 #uplandspeak #veganisnotscary
