The texture of the no-duck was meaty and a little chewy but not tough or overly difficult to eat. The wraps for soft, very thin, and easy to to eat.
The no-duck was okay, but it definitely needed the sauce to add some flavour. And I think my only real complaint about this is I wish there was more sauce but I like things saucy.
In my second photo, you can see the entire kit on one plate. I think one person could just about manage the whole lot on their own, but it’s probably best for two with some sides.
It’s a shame that this is for January only, I’d like to have this again, but probably not within the next few weeks.
