I needed a beach fix today and, on my way, stumbled across this quaint vegan restaurant. it seemed more a mock fried chicken sandwich than a burger but it was very tasty. Two crispy slabs of pleurotus mushroom with just the right amount of grease, crispness, and juicy hot mushroom. The tomato in the sandwich actually tasted like tomato, which is rare, especially in December. #mushroom #mushroomlover #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease
