Eating at Vegan East really makes a difference! I've had their sandwiches plenty of times before, but they never maintained their crispiness on the walk home. This time the bread was nice and firm, and the fillings were hot! The pesto isn't strong in this sandwich, so it still paired nicely with my cheddar broccoli soup. I love that they use Herbivorous Butcher turkey! The tomato and spinach are appreciated to break up the meat and cheese monotony.
