Swing and a miss for us, we weren't overly fond of the taste or texture. It was hit and miss with the smoky flavour, and it reminded me of frazzle crisps more than anything.
We tried cutting it up to make little lardon type pieces, but in pulling the rashers apart they got a bit mushy which was a bit unpleasant. Not our favourite brand of bacon, probably won't opt for it again.
