New menu at Haakon! On top of the regular menu, there’s a make your own bowl option as well. Lots of vegan options here. Swipe to see the next photo where they have highlighted which ingredients are vegan!

Chose the following:
Base: curry cauliflower rice
Main: mapo tofu
Sides: herb king mushroom, charred corn and chipotle beans

The curry cauliflower rice was good! Firm tofu was used in the mapo tofu which tasted delicious as well! Would definitely be back!
