My husband surprised me with a few of these new Impossible bowls. This one was by far my favorite! It tastes just like the Marie Callender meals I ate when I was younger. Very flavorful and tasty!
The calories are a bit high for the amount, but it is a ready-made meal so that is usually expected. A bit pricey, but still cheaper than some other vegan microwave meals.
