This salad was packed full of delicious greens and veggies! It comes with spinach, arugula, sweet drop peppers, avocado, pine nuts, red onion, tomatoes, quinoa, and a balsamic dressing! It checks off so many of Dr. Gregor’s Daily Dozen! I’m sad it comes with feta but it was so easy to request it without and make the entire dish vegan.
