A chunk of watermelon fried in batter and topped with vanilla icing. Tastes like a donut with some light watermelon flavor and the texture is similar to one as well. Frying makes the watermelon less crisp- so the texture isn't off to me. One order came with three and its a filling snack. Very hot and fresh- nothing beats a dessert thats just been fried.
