This dish is poke theory’s seasonal special, in collaboration with OnlyEg. First time trying OnlyEg and it was pretty good! It does have a tamago texture. Love the colours at poke theory. Flavourful and filling. This seasonal special is ending this December!

Base: brown rice and lettuce
Toppings: corn, cherry tomato, Japanese cucumber, carrot, Cajun rosemary sweet potato, Wakame seaweed, jalapeño and sweet onion relish
