Katsu Don no Izakaya Midori — Avaliação do sachaz (3 de dez. de 2022)

A wonderful dish of katsu.
I believe the chicken was made from seitan but I could be wrong.
Regardless, it was very tasty, not too oily and a wonderful texture.
It is served on a bed of lovely salad as well as some cauliflower, corn and a choice of white or brown rice (brown for me).
