I really like the atmosphere and food at Champs diner and I have tried 5 different menu items here. This was my first Tofu Benedict. The bread was whole grain making this a more wholesome option. It's a cut above typical diner food but they seem to have some issues getting the hash browns perfect. After smothering them in ketchup I managed to finish it.

All in all the service and staff here are great and the food has been mostly great but needing improvement in a few key areas. Will return again and again.
