I was going to try one of the many recommended dishes but as soon as I saw "gai lan" I knew I had to get this. It's my favourite green veg! This had a nice ginger sauce that was maybe a little too runny as I had to slurp nearly as much as I would with a soup, but the flavour was great. The leftover sauce was also very amazing drizzled over the BBQ Seitan! I literally just ate some of the leftovers and I already want more 🤤
