Oooff. Mixed feelings on this one.
The consistency is great. I mainly bought it for the consistency because I loved it as an omni.
The taste is meh. It doesn't taste anything like fish. But that's okay. I'm one of those vegans who don't need substitutes to taste like the original.
The cauliflower taste is pretty strong, especially as you keep eating. That's what I don't like about it. It tastes like a cauliflower-veggie filet lol. The crust at the top is awesome, but the white stuff at the bottom is also a bit mushy sometimes.
If you're looking for something that tastes more fishy, AND if you're not a fan of cauliflower, I wouldn't recommend xD
