I really liked these chik'n patties! After cooking them in the air fryer they were nice and crispy on the outside, but retained the right amount of moisture on the inside. Each patty has 12g of #protein which isn't a ton but holds up much better than other chicken substitutes. It's also nice that they're made without palm oil! This ten pack was found at Costco so it turned out to be a good bulk deal.
We made some bagel sandwiches that might sound odd at first but were super delicious. It has a chik'n patty, red bell pepper, spinach, mayo, and green goddess dressing. It was really delicious. I'm sure this patty would be great chopped up and put in a salad or wrap as well.
