This burger is their Christmas special. It features a crispy herbed #Portobello #mushroom patty, truffle #aioli sauce, artisanal #sundriedtomatoes, #arugula, shredded purple #cabbage and #creamy egg-free #mayo, all stacked between locally sourced 🇸🇬 warm toasted wholemeal buns. The patty was a little tough in the middle; I had difficulty prying it apart with my teeth 🙃. It smells incredible with its truffle scent. The creamy truffle aioli and eggless mayo was the star of this burger.

The meal comes with seasonal sides of #sweetpotatofries with #maple dip and spices berry punch. IMO, the maple dip isn’t my favourite; I’d prefer to pair that with cookies and dip the sweet potato fries in something savoury instead. And the berry punch is too sweet for my liking, and nothing spicy about it.
