I am a sucker for cassava chips! I actually prefer them over plantain chips. They are thin and crispy! Sometimes if there isn’t a chili flavored option I’ll squeeze lime and drizzle hot sauce on top!! High in fat and sodium not too bad. This will be a great snack for the days I need that crispy crunch!! Will buy again.
