Even though this is a meat lover's heaven, the chefs are thoughtful to offer 4 vegan mains. I had the Japanese pumpkin as it's not the usual pasta or salad options. Nicely baked till the skin is also crispy and edible, like a cookie. The Cashew cream makes this a very lovely dish.
