This is a wonderfully soft, pillowy pita clearly marked vegan on the packaging. It can be found at Costco so it comes in a 12 pack which is a nice respite from the usual four packs of specialty flat #bread I've been finding in other grocery stores. They toast up nicely in a couple minutes without losing their softness. They were wonderful for holding homemade seitan, homegrown san marzano tomatoes, spinach, feta and tzatziki. It made a nice light lunch that I'll keep craving. I was suprised that each pita has 8g of protein, that just seems high for a nice soft white bread!
