I was so excited to see that tjs is carrying Gochujang or Korean Fermented Red Pepper Paste. I haven’t cooked with this a lot but I plan to as it adds a nice flavor with a little kick to sauces, ramens, mixed veggies and tofu dishes. I can’t compare authenticity due to lack of experience with many similar products but I liked it and will buy again!

And there's no high fructose corn syrup in it. Here in Aus I can only find ones that have HFCS 🙁 Wish TJ would come here! Your dish looks delicious 😋
