Pretty good, ticks all the boxes plus one! For the most part it’s just like many cheese slices in its class, with similar texture and ingredients, except there’s a distinct flavor here which is extra (and tbh as a foreigner, undesirable) – goat flavor! It’s so weird, and not mentioned on the label (added under the all-encompassing “vegan flavoring”), but it’s totally GOAT-Y. I assume it was added because many of the local Egyptian cheeses are made from goat milk. I don’t know how one would imitate that in a vegan way, I only hope the claims of “Animal free” are 100% true. In #Egypt, you can never be sure!
