I was not a fan of the taste and texture of the noodles, mostly because it reminded me of yellow noodles, I guess because it was healthy and made from brown rice. I liked the different types of mushrooms and wished they had given more of them. There were pieces of beancurd and vegetables. I guess this dish was just not for me, which is why I would not get it again.
