Thali Lunch Vegan no Beaverton Swagat Indian Cuisine — Avaliação do Kelly Northway (29 de out. de 2022)

Swagat has always been my go-to for an exquisite Indian lunch buffet. As of now though, their lunch buffet is no longer happening, so in place of it they now serve what’s called their Thali lunch. This lunch includes an assortment of dishes beautifully served on a tray. It also comes with naan but I forgot to include it in the photo. They offer this thali lunch as vegetarian, so you just have to request for it to be vegan as their menu states. Since all of their Thali lunches come with a dessert, they instead give a glass of mango juice 🥭 for the vegan version, since I assume their desserts have dairy. For $13.95, this is a beautiful and generous meal that is so comforting and you’ll likely have leftovers. I had enough leftovers for lunch today and it tasted just as good. I highly recommend trying Swagat in the NW of Portland or when in Beaverton (I’ve not not visited their Hillsboro location), both locations are beautiful.
