
I honestly am not super familiar with Worcestershire sauce. I have never used the non-vegan version in cooking. I bought this from the Edward & Son's site while stocking up on bullion and gravy mixes just to have it on hand. When I recently found myself with a half pound of lion's mane #mushroom, I thought it was the perfect time to use it to make crab cakes! They did taste pretty fishy, so I think the Worcestershire sauce tastes how it should!
