This dish is wild mushrooms in a speciality vegan white wine sauce on golden turmeric pappardelle topped with mushroom and turmeric crumble and drizzled with truffle oil.
This was the dish that I was most interested in and is also the highest priced one (£13).
I am sooo happy I got this dish, it did not disappoint in any way. Mushrooms are such a winner because of the umami that they have which is why this dish was incredible. It was creamy and I made sure not to leave anything. It’s also a good portion size, not small like other places can be and not so large that it gets overly filling.
I feel like I’ve found my favourite dish on the first visit but begrudgingly also feel like I should give the other dishes a chance.
