Probably the nicest shop-bought wrap/burrito I’ve had. The fact that it’s a mexican ‘breakfast’ style wrap is pretty unique as I haven’t seen that anywhere else.
I’m a big fan of scrambled tofu and beans and this is packed with both of those things so it’s a winner for me! Especially as the sauce/seasoning inside adds a lot of flavour.
The wrap goes a little chewy when you heat it in the microwave but if you have an air-fryer, it goes a little crispy which is probably the best way to enjoy these!
