My oomfies and I figured our serving of thunder tea each would not suffice our craving stomachs, so of all the sides offered in this familiar restaurant we figured the only one we could count on would be this #abacus 🧮 Shut up, shut up your groans 🤫 #punbasedlife Abacus, is a yam #gnocchi made to resemble #abacusseeds; A sign of prosperity 💰 It’s a simple stir fry with the usual suspects like matchstick carrots 🥕 and topped with sesame seeds, but it’s so indulgent as is! We were thinking we’re not really feeling it for #spicy food so we had them set the #sambal aside instead of cooking it into the dish. This whole portion cost S$7.50 and for the pretty good, albeit starchier than preferred texture, I can definitely recommend it 😇
