Roasted Cauli no Analogue — Avaliação do claire (25 de set. de 2022)

This dish consists of roasted cauliflower on a sweet pepper purée. Topped with gremolata and fried chickpeas on the side. Cauliflower was nicely charred. Chickpeas were crispy. All the ingredients came together very nicely.
