Sadly this cheese followed in the footsteps of many a vegan cheese in not really melting, sticking to teeth when consumed and tasting not at all like what it is labelled as being a replacement for. It’s a shame that vegan cheese substitutes cost an arm and a leg, I look forward to all vegan cheese being good quality
