Way to create the demand! 😄 I sometimes go to dairy ice-cream parlors just to ask if they have any vegan ice creams, so they’ll realize there’s a demand for vegan options.
We have a bakery chain in South London/Surrey. Initially they had a vegan sausage roll - now, about 80-90% of everything they sell is vegan, maybe more. And they sell so many different things - cakes, pastries, breads, gateauxs, cheeze pasties etc! Amazing 💚
