The yummy stock was filled with porcini flavour and the soy patty was very satisfying.
I was skeptical about the patty cuz it tasted so meat-like and the Japanese staff (whom I think is the owner or manager) assured me that it was vegan friendly. He also said was made in Japan, then tranported here. .

Their #GlutenFreeSoba is made in house using pure buckwheat flour imported from Japan.
