Cheesecake with apricot jam I think!
Not bad, the taste of the cheese is very good, the base also is not bad, but I can't really taste the jam so the overall taste is a bit flat.
The size of the piece is fair.

Non è male, la crema al formaggio è molto buona, la base anche non era male ma non si sente il sapore della marmellata e quindi il gusto rimane un po'piatto direi.
