We’re in full blown blackberry season right now. As much as I hate all the bushes we have to maintain in our yard, I love the berries. I don’t typically eat vanilla ice cream unless there is something to top it with. I had made a blackberry sauce for pancakes so I used some for my ice cream and wow was it good!

Ah yeah. They are a weed and hard to control in our national parks but the berries.. 😋
