Soto means soup in the Indonesian language. The vegetable Soto here was only 15k ($1.50 Aud). It was refreshing and had a yummy lemongrass broth. I love eating at the local places - it was the mother and grandmother of a family cooking. This dish was made fresh to order but If you get the food from the cabinet I suggest going in the morning if you are western as there does not seem to be much refrigeration at many local places and the food is safer to eat in the morning.
