One of the best, best, best black fungus dish ever. Nice and firm, not mushy, but still soft. Didn’t have a heavy taste, but nice and light.
Loved the crunchy juicy cucumber pieces. While dish tasted slightly sweet, and fragrant. Maybe sesame oil?
