Oh my! I love ❤️ the way the Cook creates this dish.

The Black Fungus has a very subtle sweet taste and I guessed that he has added Plum sauce. Other Cooks would normally cook with salt and soya sauce.

He paired with slices of green cucumbers 🥒, adding colour to an otherwise very black dish.

Beautiful!
