We love using canned jackfruit for lots of applications. I ordered this from Amazon because it’s not available in my small rural town. I really wish Amazon would pack their stuff better because I’m always getting dented cans which is a drag. However, it’s so easy to make a quick barbecue sandwich or to spruce up anything that has a chicken or pork application. We try to keep a few cans on hand
