Review of Thai 'n' Cashews - Fresh Express by heartartichokehearts
This bag was part of my buy one get one free selection from Publix. It is nice to get a mix that is all inclusive. The flavor is nice and the lettuce satisfies my craving for fresh, crisp greens. I add some chick'n for my daily dose of vegan protein. #saladlover

heartartichokehearts I used up the chicken patties. My husband grimaced when he tried a bite and though that he was eating it on the side. I said, "oh no honey, you have a lot to learn about a vegan lifestyle. 😉" He really liked it mixed in with the thai dressing. I added lunch meat pepperoni and turkey too. I also added a tomato which was REALLY good. It turned out delish.2 likesReply
