i reeeaaally wanna hop on that tempeh train, but somehow i can't get tempeh to taste good. i won't give up yet though this on had a nice texture and a very neutral taste, which should make it perfect, if you know how to cook it. i obviously don't, haha. awesome vegan protein source, 21g of protein

It's good to marinate it in something before cooking - like soy sauce and lime juice 👍
