Review of Rendang Ramen at VeganBliss 蔬福 by mehmehrene

Rendang monkeyhead mushrooms were yummy. Looks saucy but after mixing the noodles it ended up being too dry, so I had to add soup. The sauce wasn’t particularly ‘rendang’, it’s just like regular brown sauce :(
