I love the fact this product is organic and has some fortified vitamins in it! It is extremely high in sodium, which is unfortunate; one cup has 950 mg of sodium.
The taste is so-so but doesn't taste like it has a lot of sodium even though the nutritional label is there to inform.
The packaging is unsustainable / compostable but is able to be recycled.
